House of ThriveCredit card information is collected prior to the start of treatment. However, this does not have to be the method of payment for any or every session. Cash, Credit Card or check are acceptable means of payment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You will be charged in full for same day cancellations or failing to show for an appointment. If you need to cancel a workshop please do so 24 hours prior to start date. Materials are often purchased ahead of time therefore the money paid for the canceled workshop can be put towards any future workshop or service.
We are not on any insurance panels. If you choose to seek reimbursement, we can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance.
