About House of Thrive

What makes House of Thrive different from traditional therapy?

At House of Thrive, we believe in a preventative approach to therapy and encourage clients to prioritize mental health, whether they are in crisis or not.

We utilize a multitude of creative and artistic modalities to make self-development inspiring and fun.

While we do offer traditional one-on-one counseling with a licensed therapist, we encourage our clients to connect with others in our workshops.

What is House of Thrive’s specialty?

We help our clients manage anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, co-parenting, divorce, lifestyle changes, grief, and the challenges associated with special needs. In addition to our many workshops, we have a popular program called Drama Free Friends that teaches tweens and teens how to cope with painful friend dynamics.

How do I know if my child is in crisis?

Sudden changes in behavior, eating habits, social interactions, and academic performance are indicators that your child may need therapeutic intervention.
